My Journey: From Survival to Sacred
Over the past few years, my healing journey has evolved.
I’ve lived with chronic inflammation, autoimmune conditions, and the lingering effects of accidents that pulled me out of alignment—physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
But healing doesn’t happen in one system. And it doesn’t happen overnight.
Eventually, I realized my skin—like my nervous system—was asking for less noise. Less force. More care.
